He is certified as master coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF) making him one of the top 20 in India and 1st in Gujarat.

His corporate stint included working with some of the finest groups like DHL, Kotak Mahindra, Citigroup, Max New York, Aviva & IDBI Federal, before setting up his venture United Minds in 2012 with a purpose line “Let’s create new possibilities”. At United Minds, his experience in training with wide variety of audiences and being founding member of the L&D team at IDBI Federal came handy. His ability to deal seamlessly with training skills was put to test at banks like Citi, Amex, ABN Amro & Indusind Bank.

He has expanded his practice in studying ‘human systems’ and built his knowledge base through MIT’s course on Theory U, which he has been successfully practicing to bring whole system change. His forte is in enabling evidence based change in performance, productivity & engagement. One of his important discoveries was ‘the importance of authentic conversations’! United Minds’ conversations practice is one of their flagship practices well received by its clients. 1st time managers to CXOs have both benefited by learning sessions & coaching on conversations.

He has worked on team coaching projects to influence the application of business behaviors and operational readiness.
